Returns

Only items purchased on www.dewtiful.com.au website may be eligible for return or replacement. Otherwise, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased your products for assistance.
We highly recommend that you take all safety measures as suggested on our website and product brochure for Dewtiful products. We want you to love what you have purchased from Dewtiful. However, if you are not satisfied with a product please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with your reasons and we will be happy to resolve the issue with you. We require you to return the product to us and recommend that you use Registered post/courier service. Dewtiful is not responsible for any loss, stolen or damage to the goods during transit. The return postage for returned goods is to be paid by the customer.

Damaged Goods

All requests for refund or replacement of goods damaged during transit should be made with evidence of damage (photograph) within 7 days of receiving your order by email. After receiving your email and evidence we will send you a return authorisation and mailing information.  

Exchanges

All items for exchange should be unopened and returned to us in their original package. Opened or used items are not accepted for exchange.  
For exchange due to errors made at the time of placing the order, the return and additional shipping costs for the exchanged items are to be paid by the customer. 

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order or make amendments to your order, you must contact us by email within 6 hours of your initial order. Dewtiful does not refund for orders made after the 6-hour order amendment period had lapsed.
