For general protection from dryness, apply as often as desired.
Directions for dry heels:
Step 1. Exfoliate heels to rid of most dry and flaky skin
Step 2. Wash feet in warm water and dry thoroughly
Step 3. Apply a chickpea-sized amount of head over heels to each foot and massage well, concentrating on drier areas
Step 4. Put on a pair of cotton socks overnight
Step 5. Repeat steps 2-4 for another two nights and feel the difference!
*Recommendation:
For extra dry skin, apply a moisturising lotion such as stay in touch before your body butter for added moisture.
